- The barn has a concrete floor area measuring 60ft x 45ft giving it the capacity to seat well over 200 people. Additional adjoining barn space of approx 2,000sq.ft could be made available if required for large table top sales etc.
- The barn itself has mains water, electricity and drainage. Public safety features include electrical circuit breakers, fire alarm system and fixed emergency lighting. It benefits from an entertainment licence and fire authority approval. There are separate Gents, Ladies and Disabled toilets plus hand wash area and baby change facilities.
- This barn is already being used for barn dances and public meetings and would be suitable for table top sales, farmers markets, antique fairs, gigs, dog shows etc.
